An Open Letter to the GOP

Dear Democrats in Drag in the GOP/RNC Leadership positions,

Please stop sending me letters begging me for money. I am no longer a member of the Republican Party.

For years I was a member of the GOP because it was the closest political machine that represented my views as a Conservative Libertarian but that was too hard to explain to the idiots the federally run public indoctrination camps spits out these days, aka the Public School System. By the way, the American Public School System is unconstitutional. Try to locate the constitutionality of the Department of Education and what they are doing within the Constitution and I’ll go along with it. I won’t hold my breath.

I grow weary, no, I am past that stage. I am ultimately sick and tired of getting letters with the opening lines asking me if I have given up on the GOP. That’s a dumb question and tugging on my heart strings doesn’t work. I have more integrity than that and I do not live by emotion - emotion does not drive me, my intellect does and these kinds of form letters insult me. I am not an emotionally driven Democrat. So, please stop.

However, I do have emotions and it breaks my heart when I see this Nation slip into that abyss of obscurity because cowards will not stand for what they believe in and go along to get along.

I came home from a war and for the first time I realized what the Vietnam Veterans experienced - a country lost and wallowing in the primordial ooze of a lost identity and a lost mission. The United States Constitution that I fought and bled for means nothing to you, apparently. If it did mean something to you, and it should because all of you swore the same Oath I did, you would be addressing each and every Bill in the confines, edicts and restrictions set forth in our Founding Document. Yet and alas, you do not. Why is that?

I hear all of you debate and argue and not one of you - NOT ONE - even dare to mention the United States Constitution. Well, perhaps one of you does and, oddly enough, that is Senator Byrd that mentions it and waves it around before the CSPAN cameras and then promptly votes against it. Lip service disgusts me.

Well, perhaps Ron Paul does also but he is the wrong guy for the right message. He just so happens to be wrong about some key Constitutional issues but that’s for another day. And, you don’t care anyway.

And about that ill-founded statement about me abandoning the Republican Party. What Republican Party? The one going by the wayside of the Whigg Party, the Know Nothing Party? When I hear alleged Republicans say we have to move into the bigger tent and move further to the left, I have to ask myself, who is the idiot that is saying all of this? Move further to the left when others are saying that the GOP has moved to the far right? When did the GOP move into the Anarchist’s Camp? Did you do that while we were fighting the Jihadi? Is that why I hear we have to move left because we are all Anarchists now? What did I miss while I was fighting to keep you all warm and fuzzy at night?

Perhaps you are all referring to those neocons. You know, those Democrats that moved into the GOP because they knew that running as a Conservative would guarantee a win and the Democrats, to this day, run “conservatives” against the “liberal” Republicans…and WIN. And you guys put a liberal Republican, ie John
 McCain up against another seasoned liberal? To what end? How did that work out for you and the Nation?

Does it make you proud that now, at this moment, a known Jihadi sympathizer, a known Communist is now in the position of acting President of the United States? An unknown? A nobody? A liberal so far to the left that Stalin would be proud? And you want to move FURTHER to the left? Have you lost your minds? And you ask me if I have abandoned you? You ask me if I have given up? You ask me for donations so that you can win elections by moving further to the left? I was, in fact, born in the early morning hours but, it wasn’t yesterday morning.

I have watched time and time again as the RNC/GOP machine embrace, coddle, promote and support known liberal Republicans and have watched each one fail and lose elections or re-elections. I witnessed my Senator, John Cornyn, throw all of his weight behind that democrat in drag Arlen Specter. When I heard that, I fired off a letter telling Senator Cornyn that the last election was my last vote for him and now he is doing the same with yet another democrat in drag that is all of a sudden, like McCain, Graham and Cantor, talking about “conservatism” like they believe in it and live it. Please. I can spot a liar from 10 clicks. Cornyn is now supporting and throwing his weight behind Crist. Who has abandoned whom? You have got to be kidding me. Is Crist now going to defect to the Democrat Party like Arlen Specter did? He should.

What the RNC/GOP leadership ought to do but doesn’t have the moral fortitude to do, is purge the GOP of the democrats in drag and have their Party membership revoked, their membership cards sent through the shredder and have them take their neocon (old democrat) selves back to their first love, the Democrat Party.
At least the enemy can be identified once more. It is nearly impossible to win a battle when the enemy cannot be clearly defined.

When one takes a critical look at both main political parties, it is very hard to distinguish which one is more liberal than the other and it seems like each is trying to out-liberal the other.

I watched the buffoons of the GOP act the court jester over the Terri Schiavo debacle - unconstitutional and an international embarrassment.

I watch and behold grown men and women make fools of themselves in both parties acting like spoiled brats caring for one thing and one thing only - winning an election at all costs.  With a complete disregard for the United States Constitution, both parties go after each other in a power struggle because one Party says they can do a better job than the other and neither is worth the powder to blow them all to hell.  Neither Party argues or debates their policies with the Constitution in mind.

When I witness people like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid say in the public domain, "The will of the Congress will be done" or, "The will of the Congress has been heard" and no one challenges them on that, something is seriously wrong and I have to question the mental capacity of those that have sworn to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Last I knew, it was the will of We The People that WILL be done and WILL be heard.

Vindication: Iraq's Saddam and Al Qaeda Links Revealed

I.  Told.  You.  So.

So did many of us. All you drive-by libtards can go sit on a short stick.

That felt good but many men and women have died because the Democrats and their left-wing extremist sycophants hated President Bush so much so that they were willing to run with the meme, "Bush lied and thousands died."  Can we say "democrats lied and thousands died" yet?

A while back, I penned a piece entitled, "History Will Vindicate President Bush".  It has.  And many others as well, including the Fallen.

 BUSH WAS RIGHT

Sad as it may be, seeing that there are no Republicans remaining in DC that will capitalize on this not-so-new "new data", this may well be too little too late.

For those of you that know me either on a personal (as in we have met in person) basis or have been reading my articles for at least 6 years or who have listened to my BTR shows for the last 2 years or so, please recall that I informed all that I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was in fact a tie-in between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda.  Only an ignorant fool or a hate-filled ass would deny the connections.

We watched Al Qaeda flee Pakistan in at least 4 general directions ending up in Pakistan, Iran and Iraq.  Some splinter groups went elsewhere but eventually wound up in Iraq.  Why?  Iraq was their target country seeing that Afghanistan was lost.  The Caliphate had to be formed somewhere and if it wasn't going to be in Afghanistan, it would have to be in Iraq because, at the time, Pakistan was unavailable.  Pakistan is now  available, thanks to the Obamatrons.  It's hard to hide facts.

Gateway Pundit and Flopping Aces reported this news a few days ago and I refrained for reasons I choose not to go into at this moment.  I had also read it in the New York slimes as well and wondered why the Lame Stream couldn't bring themselves to report this development.

Unite or Die

Abortion! Illegal immigration! Homosexual unions! And many more issues. These are all issues that have the Conservative movement energized. But, each issue has the attention of just a small part of the movement. Each issue has its own little group that feels that is the most important issue. 

These groups fight to get candidates that support their issue and spar with the supporters of the other candidates. There is no co-operation between them. There is no cohesion in the Conservative movement, let alone the Republican Party. How do we who see all these issues as important to the American culture convince the others to get together and fight as a whole unit, instead of a fragmented and divided force? Is there one issue, that if corrected, that would make all the other issues fade away? I believe there is.

The vast majority of these issues do not belong in the halls of the Federal Government. They belong, exclusively, in the states. Few issues, such as illegal immigration, are federal issues. All we need to do is to get the Federal Government out of the issues that belong to the States and not to the Feds. Sound difficult? Not really. All it takes is to get the Government to follow the United States Constitution.

There is a movement out there to do just that. This is a movement among the states to reaffirm their sovereignty over the Federal Government. The State Legislatures are bringing forth Resolutions reaffirming their sovereignty over the Federal Government, in accordance with Amendment X of the United States Constitution. There are also “Tea Parties” springing up all over this country. People are protesting the Unconstitutional way that tax dollars are being recklessly strewn around. 

They are demanding the return to our Constitutional Republic. That will limit the power of the Federal Government. What does that mean for most of the issues that people have? The power to deal with them will revert back to the States, and will be dealt with by the “People”. Now we can spend our resources electing Representatives and Senators that will adhere to the United States Constitution. One issue. We get our Republic back and the people get their power back. Now they can concentrate on returning their State Government to do the bidding of the people. 

So, instead of worrying about these issues that we feel are the most important to us, let’s just concentrate on one. If we fight individual battles we will be defeated at every turn. If we are to put all of our resources into one fight, getting our Constitutional Republic back, we will be a power to be reckoned with. Once that is accomplished all the other issues will go away as the people reassert their power within their state. Think about it. It is much easier for the people in South Dakota to determine how they want their state to be governed without having to deal with how the Representatives from California think it should be governed. 

As James Madison stated in Federalist 45; “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the Federal Government, are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State Governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will for the most part be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects, which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties and properties of the people; and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” 

The time is now folks. People in this country, on both sides of the political spectrum, are fed up with what is going on. It is time to take our Republic and give it back to the people. Unite or we will see the end of our Republic and the establishment of The People’s Republic of America.

Taking the Law to the Lawless

Seeing that the anti-Americanists have managed to subvert the judiciary in this nation to the extent that more unconstitutional laws have been passed than constitutional ones, I was wondering if we could use the courts to reverse that trend. One never knows.

So, I went to my attorney that I have used for years for many things and made an appointment for one of those 30-minute free consultations. I presented my idea/desire to my attorney and that 30-minute free consultation lasted more than two hours.

At issue was the viability of a lawsuit against congress for violating the constitution.

I was asked what I would settle for, how much money I was looking for, what kind of damages was I wanting to be compensated for, etc.

I told them that I was not seeking damages in a monetary settlement. I was demanding that either the United States federal government either return to our Constitutional Republic or make the changes they wanted to make by constitutional amendments instead of passing federal laws which made the path clear for legislating around the constitution.

Like I said, over two hours later, I witnessed six lawyers getting on board with the idea. I have no idea where this is going to go but I guess that as long as I pay their fees, they will take this as far as they are able.

What I am looking for is this: 30,000,000 Americans making appointments with their attorneys via the 30-minute free consultations to begin making waves through the legal system. Can you imagine what noise that would make if all of a sudden, our unconstitutional congress critters were getting hit with law suit after law suit demanding they perform their constitutional duties?

There are some Senators as well but I haven’t compiled that list yet.

Remember, if you go with this idea, go to your attorneys as if you are the one making this inquiry and don’t tell them others are doing this as well. Let them talk amongst themselves and let them “discover” the Tsunami rising. Also, go armed. If you don’t know the violations against the constitution, you won’t go anywhere with this. I was able to show them the blatant and outright fraudulent behavior of the current and past sessions of congress.

We read the constitution and tried to reconcile the “will of the congress will be done” and the “will of the congress has been heard” and the “the Senate will have final say over states rights” and the “federal statutes trump states rights” garbage. I also brought to their attention where several judges told American citizens that they had no standing in questioning anything the government does. I lit a fire under four of them. Two remain skeptical. But that’s OK.

The man that owns the firm has called me twice since I was there and I may have an appointment with other attorneys from partnered firms. It was even suggested that this could very well turn into a national class-action suit. We’ll see.

So, please make your appointments and go for broke. What do we have to lose? The more important question is this…what do we have to gain? Our country? Our Heritage?

How The Socialist Are Destroying America From Within

I read this article today on my Blog Talk Radio show and it stresses and confirms the same message I have been on my Soap Box about for nearly 30 years. Quite a few "liburawls" whine and bray at the moon when I mention the List of 45. In short, this is the list that gets the panties all wound up because it exposes to a "T" that which is taking place in this Nation and is the reason why I coined the phrase "Take Our Country Back".

Many "opposition sites" have "borrowed" that phrase and have tried to apply it to Conservatives explicitly and to Republicans in general. Nothing could be more wrong or disingenuous to say the least. The Neo Marxists claim that it is they who are taking the country back and that is a direct result of the manifestation of the worse sort of mental illness, a Liberal Pathology.

How can they claim to be taking anything back when they never had the country in the first place, unless they are referring to the FDR Administration? Then again, he did support and defend the USSR. The Neo Marxists, aka Liberal, Socialist Democrat, Progressive, have managed to overthrow the United States Constitution and the proof is revealed in the political rhetoric thusly: Pelosi: the will of the congress will be done; Reid: the Congress has spoken; in regards to States Rights, many congress critters stated that federal statute trumps the constitution.

There are many examples of the unconstitutional federal government and the federal judiciary system. Take a look at this list and you tell me if I am correct. The list is annotated in the book "The Naked Communist" and is available.

Now We Have The Food Nazis: HR 875

This is getting more and more incredible by the nanosecond.

I bring to your attention four articles from four different backgrounds of authors out of about one hundred or so articles I found on this subject (and no, I did not read them all - just these four). The amazing under lying theme of these articles and this issue is this - HR 875 is unconstitutional because it renders the Fourth Amendment null and void by Federal Statute. Just so you will know, Federal Statute does NOT trump the United States Constitution. The United States Constitution trumps ANY and ALL federal Statutes as well as the Supreme Courts' Opinions on any subject, bar none. Period. End of discussion.

By the very verbiage of this legislation, the Federal Government will grow in power and render the 4th Amendment meaningless.  Go read those articles and then tell me why your are not active in Taking Our Country Back from these Neo-Marxist Enemies of the State.

Oath Keepers: An Alien Concept

To your basic American socialist Democrat, an Oath is merely a pain-in-the-ass formality. To your basic True American Patriot, an Oath means something and has worth. And, that worth is an eternal commitment.

Now that the Porkulus Bill (that is said by Obama to have no porkish earmarks) and the 8,000 earmarked Omnibus Bill has been passed, Obama, in an extremely pathetic attempt as "subject matter change of direction" maneuver, stated today that "we have to get serious about these earmarks and pork spending".

Does anyone see what's wrong with that statement? Why, after the largest spending bills in our history as a Nation are passed, and these bills add up to more than every budget/bill/spending since George Washington and George Bush combined, why is it now time to "get serious"?

So much for personal and professional integrity, honesty and dignity.

So much for the congressional and presidential Oaths of Service. Here is the one I swore many years ago and I have sworn this Oath many times in the service of this Nation.

I did not take that Oath under false pretenses nor did I consider it merely a formality. I took and swore that Oath with Pride, Integrity and Guts. I have since shed the Uniform but that Oath stays with me until death do us part. Not so with the current crop of sociopaths running amok in DC.

As the Nation spirals into the Cloward-Piven, Saul Alinsky and now Obama model of a Socialist State, there are members of We The People rising and taking a stand and are ready to march. No one knows what will spark the actual march but the march is coming just the same.

It is said by the rabid left-wing moonbats of the Moonbat Fruit Loop Brigades that the US Military will stand with the government if it ever came to it. This is not even close to being true. If we had a viable constitutional form of Federal Government, that just might be the case. However, we don't have a constitutional form of Federal Government. That is painfully and woefully obvious.

There is a web site that has popped into my radar screen called Oath Keepers. They remind us all: Guardians of the Republic, fulfill your oath. AMEN.

Where is your Line In The Sand? And what are you willing to give to protect and define it? Will you pledge your life, your fortunes and your sacred honor? If it be treason, make the most of it.

1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.

2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people

3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.

4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.

5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.

6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control.”

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.

10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

And, once we are reestablished as a Constitutional Republic, Nancy Pelosi will NOT be flying special carrier. She either flies coach like the rest of us or she walks.

A long time ago in a time when I forsook this blog and where it was going, I penned a piece entitled, "We Had A Patriotic Nation Once". At this moment in time, I would like to continue that posting with a slightly different track. The original piece was penned and published on 28 SEPT 07 at 2235 hours Texas time and I present the original below.

Once upon a time, our national leaders knew how to rally the population towards a patriotic goal...victory. Yes, there were the malcontents with socialistic leanings but they were widely ignored and placed in their proper place...obscurity. Then, politics entered into the equation because they thought they knew better because after all, they were edjumakatid. I suppose had we lost WWI and WWII, the politicos would not have to be too big for their britches. In WWI and WWII, our nation was able to determine the wickedness of the ways of the enemy. Apparently, not any longer. The nation would "Rather" play with their TIVOs and Nintendos and all manner of instant gratification. The threats we face as a nation both from without and within are masked by the inherent desire to be uninterrupted from our everyday and selfish lives as seen through a glass darkly. At one time, if one of our citizens was kidnapped by a maniacal dictator, and their head was severed to make a point, the people saddled up and prepared to do battle. Not any more. This kind of patriotism died during the Carter administration and was slighty revived during the Reagan administration. It was completely buried by the likes of the Clintonistra and GWB, God bless him, doesn't have what it takes to rally the nation. It is up to us in The New Media. Some of us old salts know the deal and we know the drill. Time to ruck up and saddle up. We have work to do.

I was criticized by many for that piece and one can see from the comments section that many despise this nation both from within and without. The piece came on the tail end of taking our streets back from the anti-Americanists and when the Leftinistra such as Reid and Pelosi surrendered their War on Bush to George Bush. They failed to lose the War On Terror.

Now, we are in a different war and we have to win this one as well.

On 30 SEPT 2007 at 2314 hours, I published another piece entitled, "The 'Peace Activists' Are Actually Anti-Americanists". This applies to today at this time at this hour as it did then and as far back as WWII. The professional protesters of today are the descendants of the washed up, used up hippies of yore and they are the by products of the useless government run education or indoctrination camps called Public School and the alleged institutions of Higher Learning. I know. I talk to students nearly every day and I am amazed each and every time I visit various campuses what these children are being taught. Yes, I said children because they haven't grown up yet.

Howard Stern did his own version of Man On the Street and he revealed that the Obama supporters are dumber than crates of boxes of turtle turds. The audio released was a man conducting on the streets interviews asking every day folks if they believed in Barack's dogma by telling them what McCain stands on and for. They were also asked if Barack made a wise choice choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate. Every single one said that Barack's (really McCain's) stands on issues were right on and Sarah Palin was a very good choice as VP.

Howard Stern's findings are EXACTLY what I have found on college campuses across Texas and in Michigan when this fact-finding mission started some months ago.. I was told by many in Michigan that the country was going to hell in a hand basket because of those idiot Republicans Murtha, Pelosi and Reid. I was SHOCKED I tell you. I didn't know that it was this bad. When shown beyond a shadow of a doubt that Murtha, Reid and Pelosi (and many others they mentioned) were Democrats, it was their turn to be shocked. Handily, a professor of a Michigan College in Kalamazoo was present at one of these interviews and she was pissed off because 5 of her students found out while she was present that she was a damned liar. She was the one that told these kids that Murtha, Reid and Pelosi were Republicans. I have found the same here in Texas.

A small portion of that experience is expressed in this post and therein the beginnings of a Snooper Movement began. This, I believe, is why Patriotism no longer means what it once did. Nowadays, patriotism is defined as to how much you are WILLING to pay in taxes. The more you pay, the more patriotic one is. So, patriotism can be bought now, according to the DNC as expressed by Joe Biden. Doesn't this belay what True Patriotism is? I think so.

Approximately eight hours ago, I posted a piece entitled, "America? When Will Enough Be Enough?". I hear many politicians utter that we are at a crossroads and yadayadayadayada. They are correct but for the wrong reasons. In that post, I cited some nonsense that has been swallowed up by the shallow-minded and ignorant ones that believe socialism actually works. They obviously don't know their history. Or they do and they have been taught that socialism fails because the "wrong people have tried it". (See if you can recall which politician said that). I will place that citation here once more, emphasis mine...

Leave them leaderless, and susceptible to takeover by the Evangelical Right that so freaked out Wall Street conservatives during the primaries (when Huckabee was briefly in the lead). [...]

And there you have it. So, tell me, if you could, on which side of the fence are the Enemies of The State dwelling? Is it within the GOP or the DNC? Help me out here - or yourself - if you have the courage to do so. FYI, progressives are socialists. Socialism cannot co-exist in the same country as a Federal Republic whose Constitution is diametrically opposed to the very tenets of socialism, communism or Marxism. Prove me wrong...I triple dog dare you. One or the other must go. Either socialism reigns supreme or the United States Constitution reigns supreme. There is no middle ground. There is no room for negotiation. There is no room for compromise.

This is the Battle we True American Patriots face. We believe in Freedom and not slavery via entitlements. Remember, Barack has instructed his Yoots Gangs to "get in their face" much like Markos the Coward said in the citation above. He wants to crush the Conservatives because Conservatism stands in the way of remaking this nation as the United Socialist States of America much like the United States Armed Forces stand in the way of the Caliphate.

So, America. What will it be? Fight or roll over?

That sound you heard today was Common Sense once thought to be dead and buried coming to life and coming home to roost.

That sound you heard today was the United States Constitution making itself noticed.

That sound you heard today was We The People getting our message made known.

That sound you heard today was socialists screaming from the rooftops in anguish and pain.

That sound you heard today was Collective Reasoning forcing itself upon the unreasonable and the intolerant.

That sound you heard today was the fat cats, crooks and robbers screeching in agony as their reign of deceit, lies and charlatanism being exposed.

That sound you heard today was Free Markets fixing itself in spite of government fabricated cure intrusion.

That sound you heard today was defective government meddling into financial markets coming to a screeching halt.

That sound you heard today was the sound of the demanding of Personal and Professional Accountability of those responsible for the current self-induced quagmire.

That sound you heard today was the sound of charlatans admitting, without the integrity to actually admit, failure.

That sound you heard today was the groans of those responsible being made known.

That sound you heard today were those trying to not get caught red-handed lying as being exposed as liars and having to face the American People for their lies.

That sound you heard today was the death of an unconstitutional Wall Street Bail Out Bill.

That sound you heard today was the politicians that actually still care about the United States Constitution standing up to be recognized as the Constitutional Caretakers that they are, both Democrat and Republican alike.

That sound you heard today was the Free Market Ghosts of days past being revived as if to say, "Leave us alone and we will take care of ourselves, thank you very much."

That sound you heard today was foolish people knowing that their days of defrauding the American People are gone.

That sound you heard today was a message being sent to CONgress and those in CONgress responsible for the self-induced idiocy CONgress has become: "The party is over."

That sound you heard today was the sound of We The People dictating to CONgress and not the other way around.

That sound you heard today was the American People reclaiming their Constitution and once more claiming it as their own as it does not belong to the government and never has.

That sound you heard today was the sound of Freedom annihilating the Socialist Demons of the Democrat and Republican Parties.

That sound you heard today was Free Enterprise reasserting itself.

That sound you heard today was Capitalism reasserting itself and granting the ability to either succeed or fail on one's own merit and not some governmental intrusion and fabricated reality.

That sound you heard today was Reality settling in.

That sound you heard today was Personal Responsibility raising its ugly head.

That sound you heard today was the inevitability of the official acknowledgment of the total and complete lack of leadership qualities of the Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi being revealed for what it is...the worse leadership in the People's House in the history of this Nation.

That sound you heard today was the inevitability of the official acknowledgment of the total and complete lack of leadership qualities of the Senate leader Senator Harry Reid being revealed for what it is...the worse leadership in the People's Senate in the history of this Nation.

And I will ask the following: what program, policy or legislation of note that has had a positive influence on our Nation that the SoH Pelosi or Senate Leader Reid has accomplished in their two years of service? Someone please name me one. Just one. That is all I ask. I have been searching and I have not detected any. And they dare criticize others within and without or Nation? Please. Stop insulting our intelligence.
