Meghan McCain continues her "moderate" publicity tour

Post submitted by Trevor

Updated information from Trevor: Ingraham to Meghan McCain: "Toughen up"

Original post:

Today on ABC's "The View" Megan McCain was a guest and was discussing the "feud" with Laura Ingraham. Now first off I have to say that no one regardless of political views has the right to bring a person's weight into the discussion even if your just "joking around". I am a fan of Laura but I have to admit I was not a fan of her comments.

It could be just that I'm younger or something but I believe you can disagree without name calling or personal attacks. Conservatives can lead by example by showing that we can be a loud and firm voice without compromising our conservative principals.

We should strive to stay away from things like attacking a person's weight and so on. Personal attacks to nothing but demoralize a person and as Christian religious conservatives we must be firm in our convictions without playing the personal attack games,

By the way Meghan. Watch your mouth LOL

I think Meghan is very attractive

ack... you are not fat... you are kind of cute in fact. but you hurt my brain... you are no John McCain, Meghan. Ich... yucko. shuddup... The ladies from "The View" are the AntiChrists
...and also all do respect to John McCain. The man is a great man... but this does him no justice. the media is using John's daughter like vultures to divide Conservatives. can people finally respect a war hero? no... they have to repeat his daughters soap opera for personal benefit.

In Judaism this is a very grave and serious sin.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lashon_hara
Lashon hara (or Loshon hora) (Hebrew לשון הרע; "evil tongue") is the prohibition in Jewish Law of telling gossip. Speech is considered to be lashon hara if it says something negative about a person or party, is not previously known to the public, is not seriously intended to correct or improve a negative situation, and most importantly, is true. Statements that fit this description are considered to be lashon hara, regardless of the method of communication that is used, whether it is through face-to-face conversation, a written letter, telephone, or email.
Statements of lashon hara, by definition, are true. In contrast, Motzi Shem Ra ("spreading a bad name") consists of untrue remarks, and is akin to slander or defamation. According to the majority of Torah scholars, lashon hara is considered to be a most serious sin. Therefore, they proclaim, how much more serious is such a statement that is false?
